For programme partners

Specialist expertise for programmes you already own.

2EA plugs interactive China, innovation and technology learning into leadership programmes, executive education, conferences, associations and immersion journeys.

You keep the client, programme architecture and relationship. We add specialist content and co-facilitation where it creates value.

Who we work with

Partners who already own the room

We are specialist faculty, not a competing programme. These are the partners we fit alongside most naturally.

Leadership-development firms

A guest Perspective Lab or applied module inside a journey you design and facilitate.

Executive education

Specialist China, AI and innovation sessions for open or custom programmes.

Chambers and associations

Member workshops and conference cohorts that go beyond a keynote.

Innovation programmes

Comparative China and technology lenses for accelerators, corporate innovation teams and venture programmes.

China immersion operators

Preparation, visit framing, interpretation and debriefs inside a trip you organise.

Technical and sector specialists

A learning layer next to your engineering, legal, financial or sector expertise.

Positioning

Designed to complement, not compete

2EA complements the programme owner, sector expert, technical adviser and local organiser. It does not need to replace them.

Ways 2EA plugs in

Four formats, one principle: your programme stays yours

Delivery can be 2EA-branded, co-branded or white-labelled where appropriate.

01 · Guest Perspective Lab

90–120 min

Specialist co-facilitation inside a longer programme.

One sharp session that challenges how the cohort sees a China, technology or innovation question, with your facilitators framing before and after.

Discuss a guest lab

02 · Applied Workshop

3–4 hours

A session around a live client challenge.

Your client’s real question, our comparables and facilitation, a reframed challenge and experiments the cohort owns.

Discuss an applied workshop

03 · Learning Journey Module

Multi-touch

Pre-work, live module and follow-through.

Integrated into a multi-month programme: intake, a short digital prompt, the live module and an application session, plus a synthesis for you as programme owner.

04 · China Immersion Layer

Before · during · after

Preparation, visit framing, interpretation and debrief inside a partner-led trip.

You create the access. We help participants know what to look for, understand what they see and connect it back to their work.

Channel protection

Clear boundaries make better partnerships.

We work best when roles are explicit. For partner-led programmes, 2EA operates inside an agreed scope and respects the relationship that brought us into the room.

Client ownership

The programme partner retains the primary client relationship.

No independent solicitation

2EA does not use a partner-led programme as an opportunity to independently sell unrelated services to participants.

Transparent follow-through

If a participant asks for more, you hear about it first. Any follow-on support is shaped with you, in a collaboration that fits your business model.

Flexible branding

Delivery can be 2EA-branded, co-branded or white-labelled where appropriate.

You own

  • the client relationship
  • programme architecture
  • logistics and scheduling
  • your core expertise
  • participant relationship

We add

  • specialist perspectives
  • interactive workshop design
  • China / technology comparables
  • co-facilitation
  • immersion interpretation
  • synthesis and application

We do not need to own

  • the tour
  • travel logistics
  • sourcing
  • transactions
  • technical engineering
  • your downstream commercial relationship

If participants want more from 2EA afterwards, you are part of that conversation. We agree together how any deeper support is delivered — through you, with you or alongside you — in a way that fits your business model.

Outcomes

What participants get. What partners get.

Participants

  • A perspective they could not get from a report or a company visit alone
  • Sharper questions about their own assumptions
  • Something to apply: an experiment, a decision or a next conversation

Programme partners

  • A differentiated programme with specialist China, AI and innovation depth
  • Low-friction integration: we work inside your architecture and schedule
  • Faculty who respect the client relationship and the agreed scope
China Immersion Learning

Turn a China visit into a learning experience.

The organiser creates access. 2EA helps participants know what to look for, understand what they are seeing and connect the experience back to their own work.

  • Prepare — common vocabulary, assumptions to test, topic framing
  • Interpret — masterclass, visit framing, working debriefs
  • Apply — synthesis, questions to verify, implications

You keep the agenda, visits, logistics and client relationship.

Case example

Specialist faculty inside a partner’s leadership journey

A leadership-development partner brought a global consumer-goods company’s multinational senior cohort to China as one stage of a longer transformation journey focused on AI-enabled commerce.

2EA joined as specialist faculty. The partner kept the client, the journey design and the core facilitation. We used Chinese business models, AI adoption and ecosystem examples to challenge participants’ assumptions and link what they saw in China to their own global project.
